The reception staff were consistently unhelpful, failing to attend to basic queries and giving off an unfriendly vibe. The entire experience left me frustrated and regretting my choice to stay here.

Had a solo trip and the views were stunning from my room! The harbor and mountains looked amazing. The bar staff were super friendly and made good drinks, but the food was a letdown. I had a hamburger that was just awful — totally not what you expect at a nice Argentinian place! Also, it’s a bit of a trek to the city center.

I stayed here for two nights in a Junior King Suite Glacier View. The fine scenery and clean accommodations made my time enjoyable, despite the unhelpful front desk staff. A beautiful location for an art and nature enthusiast like myself.
